I teach beginning Chinese at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, MI. My students are working professionals of all ages. I encourage a lively, friendly, low-stress atmosphere, where students learn through lots of interactive activities.
I jokingly tell everyone to study three hours every day. That’s why my blog is called, “3 Hours A Day.”
Currently, I’m writing a beginning Chinese textbook, using a style that’s animated, humorous, and reassuring. That’s because I want my students to have fun and not worry about the language learning process.
I welcome anyone who’s interested to join me on the exciting path of exploring the Chinese language and culture!
